KY type flow switch / flow meter

 

1. Suitable for unclear liquid because the indication part is separated using a mechanical seal
2. Flow direction is not restricted
3. Contact position is variable

SF type flow switch / flow meter

1. Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure liquid of unclear liquid (oil etc.)
2. The contact of flow switch is the internal variable type, however, if you change the contact frequently, the external variable type is also manufactured.
3. For use outdoors and at places with bad environment, totally waterproof type (IEC, IP67) is also manufactured.

1. This flow meter / flow switch is the down-sized SF type and the features are same as those of SF type and SA type.
2. The external variable type is also manufactured.

Orifice flow meter

 

A simple structure that attaches a flow
rate indicator to the corner tap orifice
realizes superior cost performance
and low-cost flow rate measurement
even for large bore.
Various types of flow rate indicators
are lined up to meet wide-ranging needs.

1. Can select either digital indication or analog indication.
2. For relay output, up to two contacts are available.
3. Various output signals such as analog signal and HART communication function are available.
4. If power supply cannot be ensured, the analog indicator type or the digital indicator is supported by a built-in battery type.

FS-M / FS-O type flow sight (magnet servility type)

1. With FS type, the index cannot be seen clearly due to oil or taint on window glass. However, with this flow sight type, the flow rate can be seen "clearly" because the index is attached on the outside of wetted surface.

Type	FS-C : As a cap is attached to the needle valve, other people cannot touch it easily once the oil quantity is set. FS-N : the needle valve is a 2.0MPa type for earthquake resistant and high-accuracy fine adjustment is possible

Remark	FS-K type comes with a protection cover made of steel complying with the Fire Service Act, and is without a window glass in order to prevent the damage of window glass. For small flow rate or when black oil is measured, please use FS-O type.

1. The flow direction is side to bottom and a needle valve is attached to the inlet side for adjusting the amount of lubrication.
