1. Summary

LD and DLD series of bucket chain conveyor is a horizontal or inclined conveying material equipment by the hopper running along the track, is widely used in power plants, mining and coal industries forthe delivery of a variety of loose materials, such as boiler ash, cement clinker, slag, coke, gravel, etc., especially in some high temperature, large capacity, degree blocks, cut with a sharp acute angleand strong grinding material. Meanwhile, the chain bucket conveyor is with a flexible layout, transmission capacity, long life, low maintenance, low operating costs, the advantages of largetransmission angle and is popular among customers.

2. Model Meaning

Layout

When selecting and determining the layout arrangement of conveyor, the following questions should be considered:

1) On the condition of meeting the technological requirement, the most simple layout should be used.
2) The length of single machine of LD series bucket chain conveyor should not exceed 120m, DLD should not exceed 80m.
3) The degree of ramp angle should not exceed 60℃when it conveys ramply.

3. Features

2.Spiraltail is with springtensioning device, which can make the tension of pulling chain adjust the buffer automatically, especially for long-distance, heavy load conveyor.
       

3.The process layoutis flexible, can be in high shelf, low-hole ground or can be installed horizontally or ramp, but also can be installed horizontally at the level of ramp.
4.Beardrive mechanism, compact structure, easy installation.
       
5. Thelap plate structureis used between hopper,with large overlapping, effective, no ash leakage. The low chain structureis used for hopper, effectively eliminates the deformation of the hopper due to inequality of chain length.

       
6.Thetwo double-bend wheels on the tail can rotate freely and respectivelyby double shaft bearingempty setsin the tail shaft, and avoid the harmful binding due to  long-rangeof the key link in the two rows of chain.        

7.Activesprocket is with valve structure, it do not need dismantle the spindle when replacing, safe and convenient to operate.

 
8.Externalroller, built with double row rolling bearing, lateral pressure grease cup, its maintenance or replacement is much easy.

Hopperwidth B has several specificationsof 350, 450, 550, 650, 750, 850, 1000 and 1200,thetechnical parameters and dimensions, see the Schedule. According to different running occasions and environmental requirements, chain bucket conveyor has the three types of points open, semi-closed and fully enclosed.

1. Summary

   MGB series buried scraper conveyor is a dedicated equipment for coal-fired power plant, is used for boiler coal feeding, boiler dry slag delivery, dry ash conveying, conveying under electrostatic precipitator, is wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, explosion-proof seals, large transmission capacity, long transmission distance and other characters.

   It is divided round ring chain buried scraper and forging chain buried scraper by the form of chain.

Round Ring Chain Buried Scraper: MGB.Y-n

Forging Chain Buried Scraper: MGB.M-n

     1)The structure and character properties of Round Ring Chain Buried Scraper is:

Single or double-ring chain drag scraper, drag sprocket, feed segregation, supporting roller back chain, automatic tensioning worm manual tensioning, lined cast stone, bear-driven organizations, continuously adjustable output. Scraper and chain are bolted, solid and safe. T-scraper is wear-resistant, high strength, long life, and easy to be replaced.

2) The structure and character properties of Forging Chain Buried Scraper is: Single or double forging drag scraper, concavetooth sprocket, feed segregation, supporting roller back chain, automatic sheet tight worm manually tensioning, lined cast stone, bear-driven organizations, and continuously adjustable output. Forging removable chain is high strength, long life, and easy to be replaced.

 

   High-strength single or double chain drag chains and use concave tooth conveying chain wheels, is with large loading capacity, long life, and high reliability. Supporting roller chain and scraper reduce effort andgrinding, and the back chain through a number of supporting wheel to make chain tensioning automatically, and when the deflection gauge of back chain exceed limitation, it continues tensioning through simple effort of hand-worm. The diversion of into-ash makes return chain and scraper isolated from the ash material, to avoid the sudden accident of chain and scraper obstructed due to the increase of into-ash in slot machine. The bottom of bays and 50mm thick of cast stone lining on the wall are both wear resistant and heat reserved.  The drive is carried in the upper body of the machine, and is a whole body with the shell, so the whole installation can be on the platform freely without any bolt.
