Then, it transferred ino DC current through a theree-phase half-controlled recfifier bridge. The charging resistor limits the current to charge the mid-voltage capacitor. Polymer Diffusion Welding Machine
Principle of Induction Polymer Diffusion Welding Machine: Using high-frequency induction heating to heat the graphite electrodes in the up and down coils at a constant temperature. When the temperature detected by the infrared thermometer reaches the setting temperature, the heating will stop. In this way, it keeps the constant temperature of the graphite electrodes effectively.
Principle of Resistance Polymer Diffusion Welding Machine: The three-phase 50/60Hz 380V AC power is transformed into a high potential DC power. The DC power source is connected to a capacitor for filtering. Then, the frequency conversion inverter outputs a suitable PWM square wave based on the input setting up and feedback current. Finally, through the frequency conversion transformer, the machine will go process the welding by using low voltage current.
