SUNTES DB-2413B / DB-2415B / DB-2413K / DB-2415K Manual Hydraulic Boosters

Product Overview
SUNTES DB-2413 and DB-2415 manual boosters generate hydraulic pressure by turning the operating handle. The screw-in adjustment provides a manual way to establish brake pressure without using an air-control signal or an electromagnetic release actuator.
SUNTES identifies the manual-booster family with prolonged, fine brake control, including tension-brake applications. The two frame sizes offer different fluid displacement and maximum generated pressure, so the required brake-fluid volume must be considered alongside pressure.
Operation and Performance
DB-2413B and DB-2413K have 5 cm³ displacement, 2.65 MPa maximum generated hydraulic pressure and 5.2 kg mass. DB-2415B and DB-2415K provide 12 cm³ displacement, 2.47 MPa maximum generated pressure and 6.0 kg mass. The larger displacement of the DB-2415 does not imply a higher maximum pressure.
The dimensional reference distinguishes DB-2413 from DB-2415. For example, drawing dimension A is 336 for DB-2413 and 410.5 for DB-2415; the complete lettered dimensions are retained below and must be read with the matching drawing.

Model Configuration and Compatibility
The B versions use DOT3-equivalent brake fluid: DB-2413B is paired with DB-2203MS-01 and DB-2415B with DB-2205MS-01. The K versions use ISO VG32-equivalent mineral oil: DB-2413K uses DB-2203MS-11 and DB-2415K uses DB-2205MS-11.
Retain the B or K suffix when specifying a replacement. The correct fluid version is part of the assembly selection, rather than a fluid choice that can be changed simply by filling the same installed unit with a different oil.
Drawings and Performance References
Use the dimensional and performance references for the exact assembly. Lettered dimensions correspond to the drawing; a dash or blank in a specification is retained as stated and is not an additional rating.

Selection and Installation Considerations
For a tension-brake installation, determine the required brake torque and the corresponding hydraulic pressure across the operating range. Select the booster whose displacement can move the connected brake through its required stroke and whose pressure limit accommodates the intended setting.
Plan access for turning the handle, reading any installed system pressure instrument and servicing the master cylinder. Use the model-specific pressure characteristic to relate the operating adjustment to hydraulic output; do not assume the two booster sizes share the same adjustment characteristic.
