SUNTES flange-type brake discs include DB-0511H, DB-0521H, DB-0522H, DB-0531H, DB-0533H and DB-0534H. The range contains one solid disc and five ventilated configurations, with model-specific dimensions, mounting interfaces and speed limits.
Solid and ventilated configurations
DB-0511H is identified as solid, with D at 260 and thickness t at 10.4. DB-0521H and DB-0522H are ventilated discs with t at 20 and D at 270 and 350 respectively. DB-0531H, DB-0533H and DB-0534H are ventilated discs with t at 38 and D at 382, 500 and 550. The construction column is retained in the dimensional table to distinguish these arrangements.
Important locating-fit exception
The d dimension is generally specified with an H8 tolerance. DB-0533H is the explicit exception: its marked 130 entry uses H7. Preserve this exception when checking a mating flange or preparing a machining drawing. DB-0533H and DB-0534H share several mounting values, but the locating-fit note must not be transferred indiscriminately between them.
Rotational speed and rotating-assembly data
Maximum speeds are 2,200 min⁻¹ for DB-0511H and DB-0521H, 1,650 for DB-0522H, 1,500 for DB-0531H, 1,150 for DB-0533H and 1,050 for DB-0534H. Moments of inertia range from 0.03 to 1.48 kg·m² and masses from 3.8 to 43 kg. Use the individual model column in the specification table for the correct combination.
Selection and ordering
Specify the complete H-suffix model, brake identification, required operating speed, braking duty and mating-flange dimensions. Review disc thickness, locating diameter and fit, pitch-circle diameter, hole pattern and offset with the drawing. A dash in the table is retained as listed and must not be interpreted as zero. If the customer plans to manufacture a disc, consult the supplier for the required design review. Confirm the current drawing and complete braking-system suitability before machining or fitting the component.
