MKDV OIL SIGNAL combines low-flow drip observation with a manual flow-control valve. Oil is supplied through an internal nozzle, and the visible dripping condition can be checked while the oil delivery is adjusted. Inlet, outlet and nozzle size are specified when ordering; the nozzle selection is separate from the external pipe connection.

| Control valve | BC; integrated manual flow adjustment |
Nozzle-based low-flow observation
The oil is observed as it leaves the internal nozzle and forms drops in the transparent tube. Nozzle diameter and external connection size are separate order details. A larger nozzle is not an interchangeable flow calibration: drop formation also depends on the oil and operating conditions. These devices are intended for visual checking of low-flow oil delivery; the product information does not state a universal numerical measuring range or an automatic alarm output.
Connection and nozzle selections
| Order parameter | Available choices |
|---|---|
| Series | MKDV |
| Copper-tube inlet / outlet options | OD 4, 6 or 8 mm |
| Rc female inlet / outlet options | Rc1/8, Rc1/4 or Rc3/8 |
| R male inlet / outlet options | R1/8, R1/4 or R3/8 |
| Nozzle diameter | 1, 2, 3 or 4 mm |
| Published ordering example | MKDV Rc1/8×Rc1/8, nozzle Ø2 mm |
Specify the inlet and outlet separately and confirm the required pairing. Nozzle Ø1 mm is supplied if the nozzle diameter is omitted. An air vent in the transparent tube can be requested. The connection options describe the configurable series and are not a list of prevalidated part numbers for every possible combination.
Installation and operating checks
Confirm the installation orientation, flow path and connection arrangement for the selected model before assembly. Allow access to the adjustment valve and sight tube so the drip condition can be observed while the delivery is adjusted. Check the specified temperature and pressure limits against the actual oil circuit and verify material compatibility with the oil. Inspect the transparent tube, fittings and any seals for leakage or damage, and confirm visible oil movement after commissioning. A visual indicator supplies local information; any required automatic shutdown or remote alarm must be specified as part of the system design.

Information to provide when ordering
Specify the complete model or configured series, oil type or viscosity, normal delivery conditions, inlet and outlet connections, and available mounting space. State the nozzle diameter explicitly and request the air-vent option if required.
