MKK OIL SIGNAL indicators are designed for connection to copper tubing with a chuck-sleeve fitting arrangement. The transparent tube allows the oil flow to be checked locally. The series covers tube outside diameters from 4 to 12 mm through seven catalog models; the gearbox-specific MKK25-8-P is a separate design.

| Copper-tube fittings | C3604 brass cap nuts and Cu chuck sleeve |
Copper-tube connection and series selection
The MKK is a dedicated copper-tube version with cap nuts and chuck sleeves. Select by the actual tube outside diameter and required catalog flow capacity, then check the available length and body width. The transparent tube provides a visible indication of oil movement. The catalog maximum-flow column is a model-selection limit, not a stated measurement accuracy. For a gearbox-specific application, the separately listed MKK25-8-P has its own construction and should be assessed independently.

All dimensions are in millimetres. Match the complete model designation, connection type and installation length. Threaded R male and Rc female connections are distinct from copper-tube outside-diameter connections.
Installation and operating checks
Confirm the installation orientation, flow path and connection arrangement for the selected model before assembly. Keep the viewing area accessible so the oil movement can be inspected during operation. Check the specified temperature and pressure limits against the actual oil circuit and verify material compatibility with the oil. Inspect the transparent tube, fittings and any seals for leakage or damage, and confirm visible oil movement after commissioning. A visual indicator supplies local information; any required automatic shutdown or remote alarm must be specified as part of the system design.

Information to provide when ordering
Specify the complete model or configured series, oil type or viscosity, normal delivery conditions, inlet and outlet connections, and available mounting space. For copper-tube models, state the tube outside diameter. For threaded models, distinguish R male from Rc female connections.
