About OSAWA & COMPANY
OSAWA CO. LTD., operating under the business name OSAWA & COMPANY, is based in Osaka, Japan. Established on 20 January 1977, the company manufactures Wonder-Gun, Mini-Porter-Cyclone and Silent-Cleaner products. Its range brings together handheld and mounting-type air tools, collection assemblies, cyclone equipment and pneumatic cleaners.
The product families address different tasks: directing air at a workpiece, drawing material into a collection path, removing chips from holes, preparing a surface or collecting liquids and fine powders with a suitable dedicated system. Selecting the correct family is the first step; the complete model and accessory configuration then determine the installation.

12. Silent-Cleaner
Silent-Cleaner uses compressed-air jet-ejector suction. The range separates standard debris and liquid collection, fine-dust/filter configurations and dedicated high-viscosity-fluid models. Tank-mounted heads and complete tank assemblies are different supply configurations, and the selected model must suit the collected material.

13. FV-10 Air Foot Valve
The FV-10 provides foot-operated switching of the air supply to a compatible tool. Listed applications include W101/W301 mounting models, W501 and W701. It allows both hands to remain available for positioning the tool or workpiece.

Configuration and Ordering
Keep the complete model designation when comparing products. A gun body, a mounting version, a hose-and-bag set and a tank or filter assembly can have different supplied components even when the base series is similar. Check the detailed article for dimensions, performance graphics and the component list for the exact suffix.
For a product enquiry, provide the required function, material to be handled, available compressed-air pressure and flow, nozzle or hole dimensions, hose distance, collection capacity and mounting space. For a replacement, include the complete model number, photographs and the existing accessory arrangement. These details help identify the relevant configuration for review.
